Cherry Gil dead and obituary, cause of death cancer – Cherry Pie Picache passed away

On Friday, August 5, actress and casting manager Annabelle Rama posted on social media that award-winning character actress Cherie Gil had passed away. She is 59 years old.

On Facebook, Rama wrote: “CHERIE GIL passed away today at 5pm, please pray for her.” In February, Gil left the Philippine entertainment industry and immigrated to the United States. In New York, she was found bald.

“I got rid of all the clothes that symbolized my past life. I found myself whole and accepted who I really am,” she said. “It’s great to have this opportunity and live to start over. It’s kind of like being born again,” Gill told fashion magazine Mega.

This may come as a shock to many, but Cherry Gill has actually packed up and left the Philippines and moved to New York. The veteran actress revealed this in a MEGA Magazine cover story, in which her bald head is a symbol of rebirth.

She admits to being bored at the same time as angry and unhappy. When she finally got a chance, she sold everything and moved to New York to be with her kids.

“I just had to make sure my mental, emotional and mental state was the number one priority. I was sick of myself. I was so angry and unhappy, so I sold everything and packed it up,” she told MEGA Magazine.

She also revealed that she was afraid to start a new chapter in her life, contrary to what others thought of her fearless decision.

“Yes. I’m human. We all experience fear sometimes, if not often. But I found my own tools to deal with it. Focus not on fear, but trust, and most importantly, gratitude,” she noted.

The 58-year-old says she’s coming to terms with who she really is after a nearly five-year career.

“I’m finding myself and accepting who I am. It’s great to have this opportunity and live to start over. It’s kind of like being born again,” she said.

In the same interview, Cherie talked about therapy and counseling. As she embarks on a new chapter in her life, she wants people to know that her decision to cut her hair is “a symbol of my personal growth”.
