Juan Davila Obituary – Death: Juan Davila Homicide after Austin shooting on South Congress Av.

Juan Davila was tragically killed in a shooting incident that took place at the SoCo Park Apartment Homes on the 7200 block of South Congress Avenue in Texas on September 21, 2023. In simpler terms, this means that someone shot and killed Juan Davila at an apartment complex in Texas.

When the incident occurred, the Austin Police Department (APD) received reports of gunshots at the SoCo Park Apartment Homes, which is located at 7201 South Congress Avenue. The police officers arrived at the scene and found Juan Davila, who had been shot, in the parking lot of the apartment complex. They rushed him to the hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries. This means that Juan Davila died as a result of being shot.

Following his death, the Austin Police Department began investigating the case as a homicide, which means they were trying to find out who was responsible for killing Juan Davila. They sent homicide detectives and crime scene investigators to the scene of the shooting to gather evidence and talk to witnesses.

Here’s what seems to have happened: Juan Davila and another man got into a fight in the apartment complex’s parking lot after a disagreement that started on the road. At some point during the altercation, Davila pulled out a handgun, and in response, the other man also started shooting. This exchange of gunfire ultimately led to Juan Davila’s death.

The Austin Police Department has identified the second man involved in this incident, but they are still in the process of investigating what happened. As of now, no one has been charged with a crime in connection to the shooting at SoCo Park Apartment Homes on September 21, 2023.
