Matthew Perry’s Official Death Certificate Out, No Cause Listed Yet
The official death certificate for Matthew Perry was made public on Thursday. However, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has cited the cause of death as deferred pending toxicology reports.
The 54-year-old actor was discovered deceased in his Pacific Palisades hot tub on October 28.
While officials have conducted an autopsy, the released certificate did not provide any additional details.
The document does reveal that Matthew Perry has been laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. A private funeral service in his memory took place on November 3.
