Nicole Hazen dead and obituary, Mike Hazen wife of D-backs GM – cause of death
Nicole Hazen, wife of Arizona Diamondbacks general manager Mike Hazen, died Thursday from complications battling glioblastoma, a type of cancer.

Glioblastoma slowly robbed her of her ability to talk, walk, speak, and lead, but never lost her love for children, The power of family and friends. Nicole Hessen is left behind by Mike Hessen and their four sons: Charlie, John, Teddy and Sam.
Mike Hazen announced a furlough in June 2021 to eliminate many of his demands on the job. He said Nicole Hazen has been battling glioblastoma since last May.
