Rashmika Mandanna recent video AI viral watch leaked full, trending on twitter and reddit
In a troubling incident shedding light on the misapplication of artificial intelligence to propagate false narratives, a deepfake video featuring actress Rashmika Mandanna has rapidly gained traction on the internet. The renowned star, best known for her role in the movie ‘Pushpa,’ expressed her dismay upon discovering the widely circulated counterfeit video, underscoring the potential dangers of technology in defaming an individual’s character.
Initially appearing to feature the actress in a black dress entering an elevator, the AI-generated video, in reality, portrays another individual, emphasizing the capabilities of deepfake AI technology. This unsettling occurrence prompted reactions from notable personalities, including veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
Visibly perturbed by the abuse of technology, Rashmika Mandanna described the situation as “extremely alarming,” emphasizing the critical need to address the issue promptly, as it poses a grave threat to individuals’ identities and reputations.
Taking to Instagram, Mandanna shared her concerns, stating, “Today, as a woman and as an actor, I am grateful for my family, friends, and well-wishers who constitute my support system. However, if this had happened to me during my school or college days, I genuinely cannot fathom how I would have dealt with it. We must collectively and urgently confront this issue before more individuals fall victim to such identity manipulation.”
Expressing her profound distress over the dissemination of the deepfake video, she highlighted the significant apprehension it generates, not only for herself but for anyone susceptible to such harm resulting from the widespread misuse of technology.
Even before Rashmika Mandanna issued her statement, the deepfake video prompted a swift response from Amitabh Bachchan. Reacting promptly upon viewing the fabricated clip juxtaposed with the original video of British-Indian social media personality Zara Patel, Bachchan called for the immediate implementation of legal and regulatory frameworks to combat the deepfake predicament in India. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the urgent need to address the misapplication of AI technology in spreading deceptive information.
