Gregg T. Johnson, the Clifton Park-based attorney defending the village and police officers, stated in his final statement on Thursday that there was reason to believe Hillary was responsible for the child’s death.

Johnson claimed that Hillary misled the police, acted evasively, and failed to provide basic information, such as his daughter’s name. Police believed the murderer of the youngster injured their ankle after jumping out of a window.
