In 2007, Jeff and his wife Susan founded Reality Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization in Durham, North Carolina. Over the past fifteen years, Jeff and Susan have actively participated in practical ministry, including the establishment of the North Street Neighborhood—an intentional community where people of diverse abilities live together in 17 houses near downtown Durham. Additionally, they planted a church and, more recently, initiated a study and retreat center named the Glen, located on thirty acres outside the city.
