Hydi Cain Missing: Georgia Teen Disappeared Without Shoes
Hydi Cain, a teenager from Fayatteville, Georgia, went missing on January 7, leaving her residence in the early morning hours. The Fayetteville Office of Public Safety shared details about her disappearance on Facebook, describing her as a 16-year-old white female with blonde hair, approximately 5’1” and 130 lbs. She was last seen wearing pajama pants, a sweatshirt, and no shoes. Anyone with information about Hydi’s whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Lindsey Fogler or Crime Stoppers of Greater Atlanta.
In an update, it was noted that new information suggested Hydi’s hair color is likely black instead of blonde. The Office of Public Safety encouraged people to reach out to Detective L. Fogler at (770) 719–4284 or via email: lfogler@fayetteville-ga.gov with any information.
Hydi Cain’s mother, Sidney Fyffe, has been actively sharing information on Facebook, expressing her concern for her daughter’s safety. She pleaded for Hydi to come home and mentioned a recent traumatic incident at work. Fyffe also claimed that missing person’s posters for Hydi were removed by various stores.
Sidney Fyffe has organized search efforts for her daughter, posting details on social media and inviting the community to join. Despite facing judgment, she emphasized the difficulty of being a parent to an almost adult child and appealed for support in bringing her daughter home safely.
Fyffe’s efforts have garnered support from others on social media, with friends and acquaintances expressing solidarity and urging people to share information about Hydi’s disappearance.
