From his early days as a faculty member to his ongoing commitment to the agriculture industry, Jarold embodied the Cowboy Code, consistently striving to do what was right, even in the face of challenges. His life was a testament to character, inspiring all those fortunate enough to know and collaborate with him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Jennifer, and the entire Callahan family. May the peace of the season provide them comfort during this challenging time. Jarold was a true Cowboy, and his presence will be greatly missed.

Since joining the Board in 2016, Regent Callahan demonstrated unwavering dedication, handling his responsibilities with professionalism and thoughtfulness. His extensive experience in higher education as a faculty member at NEO and OSU, combined with his expertise in agriculture, enriched his role as a Regent.
